Nice place with its friendly staff, great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar. I remember my first stay when they quickly helped me find a phone charger. Definitely coming back for Christmas.

The staff was knowledgeable, provided an early check-in and a late check-out. This accommodation had a very central setting right in the middle of Sintra's historical centre. Also, it was 10 minutes drive to a hilltop Romanticist palace.

I greatly enjoyed sleeping 3 nights in this hotel. The property was located so close to the city center and the castle that is flashed during the night and centre of town. All the staff was fairly friendly and super-friendly, settled my issues. Had recently renovated a double room with a great view as well as tea. The location was amazing, a 10-15 minute walk from Quinta da Regaleira Palace. I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby.

location of the hotel is excellent, next to the National Palace of Sintra, right in the centre. staff is very attentive. We requested a change of room to avoid the possible noise of the air conditioning units at night and they responded to our request immediately, offering us, in addition, basket of natural fruit and absolute availability of the hotel manager. services offered by the hotel are good. restaurant has very competitive prices. They also offer a discount voucher when you check in. cleanliness of the facilities is remarkable. quality-price ratio is right. We recommend it for a stay in Sintra and to organize from here the typical visits (National Palace of Sintra, Palacio da Pena, Castelo dos Mouros, Quinta da Regaleira, Monserrate Palace... for the street that we like so much. We recommend using a browser to reach the hotel, given the intricacies of the streets of Sintra.
There was nothing negative.

Everything. The location is magnificent, right in front of the National Palace and a five minute walk from the bus stop and Quinta da Regaleira. It is ideal to forget about the car and move around Sintra on foot, by bus or by tuk-tuk. The view from the hotel, wonderful.. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The beds are excellent (something very important for us, who suffer from back problems). Spacious wardrobes, with many drawers, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, safe and a small terrace with table and chairs . Correct breakfast buffet, with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, cheeses, sausages, dairy products, juices, fruits . The variety of bread, the best. The prices of the restaurant for dinner are in line with those of the surrounding area, something expensive, but of quality. For lunch they do offer a menu at 15 euros.. The staff, very friendly, very attentive; they attended us with sympathy and diligence; on the day of departure they offered us to leave the car in the car park if we wanted to stay in Sintra or go and visit the surroundings by bus and not have to look for parking outside the hotel.. No doubt we would stay in this hotel again.
To say the least, the difficulty of getting to the car park, although this is not the responsibility of the hotel, but of Sintra's own characteristics. In any case, it is advisable to hire it, since almost all the streets in Sintra are in the blue zone... On the other hand, when you check in at the hotel you will be charged 50 euros, which will be refunded at the time of checkout.

Located next to the National Palace and central to all the sites. Friendly staff and very comfortable. The underground car park is a bonus. The view is not to be forgotten.
A bit dated and begging for a facelift.

Location could not be better for Sintra. Right in main square beside the Palace and many cafes and restaurants. Room was large, clean and had a balcony overlooking the valley. Front desk staff very helpful.
Beds were very firm and pillows tiny.

The rooms were made up with a sleeping area and a smaller room for just reading or for relaxing while viewing the great scenes of the area.

Lovely staff and fine views
The staff were super friendly. The balcony view was amazing, just perfect for soaking it all in. Tried some local dishes at the restaurant, and they were delicious! Only thing was the bathroom could use a little upgrade. Still, it didn't ruin my vibe at all.

It has a great location and parking was free and easy. Great view from the rooms balcony. Yes a balcony. The breakfast was included and very good. The service at breakfast was excellent.
Our GPS delivered us to the door. The staff a reception claimed we had no reservation and would not allow me to use their wireless network to confirm the booking on my computer(when travelling you canno print off a confirmation). After two hours and the helpful owner at another hotel we confirmed that we were registered. Needless to say checking was tense. The service was excellent from then on.
